They (and he) are claiming that he was only concerned about ending the corruption in Ukraine.

It is pitifully obvious that his only concern with ANY corruption is "How can I get in on it?"

Does anyone remember George Carlin, and his "Seven Words You Can't Say" ?

The intervening years have changed things a bit when it comes to the acceptability of these. The first episode of Penn & Teller's "Bullshit" TV series could be watched for a bit of a discourse on some of them.

But I digress.

Carlin himself thought that Tits didn't really belong on The List, it sounded more like the name of a snack food: "Tater Tits", to quote the routine.

I would like to propose a substitute.

I propose we remove Tits from the list, and replace it with Trump.

Admittedly, we have more than four letters, but there is precedent (Cocksucker and Motherfucker).
In my humble opinion, what is meant by the word Trump is far more offensive than anything meant by Tits. Who doesn't like really tits? Everyone from babies on. Straight men? Check! Gay women? Check! Gay men? Check. Straight women? Check.

Everyone LIKES tits. We're hard wired to like tits. If you don't believe me, and you're a straight woman or gay male, go to a strip club, get a couple drinks of 'liquid courage', and pay 20 bucks for a lap dance. You can do it in another City or even State if you feel you want to absolutely make your 'experiment' anonymous; the only people that would judge you are the types you really wouldn't want to associate with.

Tits is the word by far the most undeserving of being placed on The List, by any truly objective measure.

Trump, however, is far more undeserving of NOT being placed on The List. When it comes to pure malice and ill intent, telling your despised antagonist to "Go Trump Yourself" seems a way to fully express your feelings toward them. Some blatant idiot driving down the street with a cell phone in one hand and a cigarette in the other, weaving back and forth, would be most deserving of being called a "Trump voter". They may even have the bumper stickers to prove it. (Those can even serve as warning indicators)
The single person driving the carpool lane "rolling coal" in a 20 year old diesel truck that cuts across three lanes of rush hour traffic to make an exit by going through the Gore point and causes tree fender benders richly deserves the designation of "Trump Humper", unquestionably.

These are just examples from this weeks, I'm sure you can provide your own without much effort.

Maybe I'm a little 'ahead of the curve' here, a bit early, but I feel that the word Trump will be eminently useful as a pejorative and high-level obscenity eventually. Someone has to bring it up, and I might as well be the one.

So, the next time some deserving fool performs an act of egregious idiocy or offense to you, just tell them to Trump themselves. If we work together on this, we can get this started. It will happen eventually, and it has to start somewhere sometime, why not here and now?

Where is the outrage?

The 24 / 7 all channels all the time outrage?

If Obama, or Clinton, or hell, any Democrat, would have even been late to a Veteran's Day memorial of any sort, there would be pundits screaming themselves purple in response. Fox "News" would be organizing literal lynch mobs.

But that slimy orange traitor skips the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Armistice ending World War I, at a cemetery holding the remains of American soldiers killed in one of the greatest battles on foreign soil.

Then he does the same on Veteran's Day on home ground: Arlington.

These are literally Sacred places, honoring people that have made the Supreme Sacrifice FOR THEIR COUNTRY. These are true heroes, deserving of the gratitude and honor of the country for that sacrifice. They have paid in blood, WITH THEIR LIVES, for the freedoms we ALL enjoy.

And he doesn't want to risk his hair in the rain.

And it barely gets a passing mention in the press.

If anyone still thinks there is such a thing as the "Liberal Media", all we need do is point at this.

There is an aphorism, attributed to Georges Santayana: "Those who fail to study their history are doomed to repeat it."

These places are Monuments to History: Where we go to reflect upon the sacrifices paid for the privileges we now enjoy.

And he doesn't want to risk his hair in the rain.

The foundation of any great institution is its' history, the United States Military most of all. To disparage, hell insult, that history is to demean and insult the sacrifices of one of America's greatest institutions.

And that is what he has done.

He has spit upon the graves of men and women of far greater value and honor to this country than he ever will be.

And his cultists will see nothing wrong. They will make excuses. They will rationalize his behavior. They will utter some mealy-mouthed "Talking Points" that will blame Democrats, George Soros, Antifa, or a myriad of other bogeymen to excuse this.

And it will not merit more than a passing mention, if that, on a website somewhere.

Can you imagine the outrage of Limbaugh, or Hannity, or any of the other right-wing radio pundits if President Obama had done such? My mention of literal lynch mobs is not hyperbole.

This must not continue.

We cannot wait for "someone" to "do something". WE have to do it ourselves. There are no Superheroes in Spandex and capes to come to the rescue. We have to do the work ourselves.

If you want something done, and done right, you have to do it yourself.

When is it Enough? When do we drag our sorry asses of the couch, and actually do something?

Protest, call your Congressthing, make a sign, punch a Nazi, write a letter to the Editor, but DO SOMETHING. And keep doing it.

It's important. We live in what I think is the greatest country on earth, it could be better; it needs work, and that work won't get done sitting on a couch. There's nothing that is perfect. Everything needs some work. If you don't do that work, or at least help out, how is it going to be done?

We're all in this together. Together we all can make a difference.

By ourselves, we can do some things. Together, we can accomplish wonders.

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — A South Carolina lawmaker who defeated U.S. Rep. Mark Sanford in his re-election bid was seriously injured in a vehicle crash on Friday and will require weeks of recovery and more procedures, a spokesman said.

State Rep. Katie Arrington underwent surgery for her injuries and was recovering Saturday at a Charleston-area hospital, Arrington spokesman Michael Mule said.

Arrington and a friend were traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 17 around 9 p.m. Friday when a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction hit their vehicle, according to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office

The driver of the other vehicle died at the scene, according to Sheriff’s Capt. Roger Antonio. Officials are awaiting autopsy results to determine the cause of death of 69-year-old Helen White of nearby Ravenel, the Charleston County Coroner’s Office said in a statement.

I sincerely hope the other driver had insurance, more than just the minimal liability levels.
I hope Arrington has sufficient Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist insurance.
I hope she has medical insurance for herself, that doesn't have monstrous deductibles and co-pays.
I hope her insurance doesn't put her through the hells of in/out-of-network physicians or facilities, delayed payments and reimbursements, limits on the time spent in hospital or physical therapy, or deny coverage for assistive devices.
That lets her get a second opinion for major procedures or diagnoses.
That doesn't have limits on the types and quantities of medications that are paid for.
That doesn't drop her for reaching a lifetime cap.
That doesn't end up bankrupting her and her family.

You know, the things that Republicans are pushing.

Has anyone heard of "The Standard Creepiness Factor"?

The rule relates to the socially allowable ages of a couple in a relationship.

The age of the oldest of the couple is divided by two, then 7 is added.

The minimum allowable age of a prospective dating partner of a 32 year old is (32 / 2) + 7 = 16 + 7 = 23.

Anything less than 23 is considered socially unacceptable, in this example.

And this scumbag was going after 14, 16, 17-year-olds at that age.

This guy has a problem, and people are ignoring the 'big picture' by focusing on the individual event.




Then there are those that would say "In some areas of the South, Age of Consent was 12, 9 with parents' OK."


Although: One thing that nags at me from the back of my head: "Things that seem too good to be true usually are."

But then again, we are talking about a Bible-thumping, ram-his-morality-down-everyones'-throat repukelican , so it pretty much goes to type.

Jefferson Davis Monument Tarred and Feathered in Arizona

A monument commemorating the only president of the Confederacy was vandalized with tar and feathers this week, a local Gold Canyon, Arizona TV station reported Thursday.

The Jefferson Davis Memorial Highway monument sits along U.S. 60 and local authorities are investigating the incident, KSAZ reported. This is the second time a Confederate monument in Arizona was defaced this week and the most recent in a string of vandalism of Confederate memorials across the country.

Do not permit a false equivalency

No matter how many times the "Anti-Fa" are claimed to be part of the Left, they are not.

They are Anarchists; antithetical to ALL forms of government.

The Right has gone into 'what-about-ism' claiming that the Antifa are part of the Left, but they are not. Antifa is a third "side" in the political system, sowing discord and damaging ALL the others.

The Right has succumbed to (or been manipulated into) a binary Us-Versus-Them mindset, where everyone that is not them is The Big Scary Left. This permits them to have an attitude that "Everyone is out to get me", therefore everyone else is The Enemy.

Don't permit the "opponent" to make the rules for the conflict. They're not smart enough to get it right.
