I'm old, white, liberal, female and disgusted too.

We have discovered some shocking and disappointing things about the Dem party via this Primary. I don't think they would've ever come to light if a challenger from outside the party, and a very good one at that, had not decided to run against a very bad establishment candidate. That contrast made it crystal clear.

What we found out: that the vote stealing apparatus of the Repubs works for the Dems too, apparently that's why it's never fixed. Also, it's not as we always heard in the past, that Dems hate having to constantly raise money, gee we wish we didn't have to... no, they're all-in for the corrupt money, love it, and wouldn't have it any other way. As a corollary to that, we also learned that big, corrupt financing isn't necessary after all as we always thought, that grassroots funding does in fact work.

Also that the voters don't decide who to elect, the party insiders get their way, and it's always someone who will protect the graft gravy train -- that must be done at all costs.. And we always thought that we were the fact-based party, until we saw how that any meme that benefits the elites will beat down the truth in a second, quickly entrenched by the complicit and bought mass media. If real events aren't convenient, stage some that fit the talking points better!

Deny your opponent's admirable qualities, and attribute your own depravity to them, gee, that's so clever! Operate by "the Big Lie" at all times. Nobody cares about what is actually true (that's CT), we only care about what people think is true... and that is so malleable.

And most disappointing of all, the year of the fallen icons. We found that the icons who we thought were advocating for us in the halls of power, were doing anything but that, and were willing to step forward and blatantly lie about the best man among them to protect the gravy train that we now know they are all about. We don't matter in the least, it was all an image.

But Bernie proved to be for real. And most of us will want to be part of whatever he decides will help us all (although I don't think that anything or anyone could make voting for all of the above seem like a good idea. A line has to be drawn somewhere). God bless the man.

Just his presence in the race showed us a lot, and I hope we don't forget it or deny it.

And the url for the photo in the mailer includes the terms "hfa" for Hillary For America, and "secret win" along with the date it was created 6/4/16. Wow,

And no, a "normal" pre-planned press release doesn't cover it. This was created between one candidate and the major media to massively influence an election against the other candidate. The INTENTION here is quite obvious, and no, THAT IS NOT OK. Damn! How much crime against the public will people swallow? Just what is the term "SECRET WIN" supposed to mean? Normal? Ho Hum? WTeverlastingF!

That is a smoking gun, right there. It proves fraud and collusion to throw the election.

When people hear about this, in spite of the MSM blackout on it, and they are beginning to hear about it already all over social media, there will be a shitstorm in California. #SecretWin and #APretract are the big news on sTwitter today.

So, what does this tell us?

That Hillary spent last weekend planning that ridiculous Puerto Rico lie, and setting up this Surprise Coronation by the AP and NBC timed for Monday night, the night before a big multi-state election which she was losing badly in CA (and there are screenshots of local NBC polls to prove it). What a piece of work she is! And now she's going to announce what a great and historic win this is, and how "humble" she feels about it!!!!! OMG!!!

I CANNOT WAIT FOR HER SPEECH TONIGHT, TO SEE HER WALK RIGHT INTO THIS STEAMING PILE OF DOG POO OF HER OWN SNEAKY MAKING.

And here it is... the photo of our sweet little angel Hillary in her campaign's fundraiser email that they created on Saturday 6/4 to immediately churn some money on the "surprise" presumptive nominee announcement by the AP on Monday night 6/6. Notice that it proves COLLUSION with the AP because it's made to imitate a tweet of their own. And now, I understand the POTUS and VPOTUS were among the "surprise"" anonymous extra supers that were suddenly "found", so they willingly participated in this too! WTF. It's from the URL in the 1st paragraph above, on Hillary's instagram account.

A lot can happen in a couple of weeks (FBI), in a political year like this. If Clinton camp didn't think so too, they wouldn't be in such a desperate hurry to wrap this up so fast

We had free tuition to state universities in the 1960s.

I know, because I went then, all it required was a "B" average and state residency. Were we so rich then, and so poor now?

Instead of making you guess, I'll tell you, three key things were different: one, most state universities were state-owned and therefore held all college costs down competitively, since then most have been privatized; two, we had a very high top tier tax rate, like 80% and that's why there weren't ridiculously high salaries then, creating needless billionaires, and instead we had a very large, very strong middle class; and three, we were in a space-race with the Russians, and the PTB figured they (temporarily) needed to develop all the talent we had. Those with grades in the top 3% of the graduating class were courted and recruited like sports stars are now, I'm now even kidding.

Funny, what can be done when there's a desire to do it.

Because going to college wasn't dependent on MONEY, those who were there really belonged there, and you didn't have wealthy dipshits from all over the world taking up the openings, buying their way through and driving up the cost for everyone else to be paying off for a decade or two.

I won't even go into the over-blown administrators' salaries today and the price of sports facilities for teams to cater to the betting public driving up tuition for no reason.

This college mess today is nothing but another malignant bubble which needs to pop. Young people today deserve free college as we had before, and those already in debt from it need some major government-funded relief. Most of all it should be super easy and cheap for anyone who has some college to finish their degree.

Today, most of those people are blocked from continuing, by the debt they acquired while getting some of the needed credits, without having the higher paying job a degree would give them, to pay it off. It's not a bit fair. And just wrong. Banks are keeping peoples' lives on hold for years and years, for no good reason. It's like indentured servitude today. It's total bullshit.

I'm 66, and I'm sick and tired of watching the useless money machine devouring everything and everyone else. It's time to knock these overbearing "giants" back down to size, and there are techniques which have worked in the past for doing just that. We don't even need to reinvent the wheel, all we need is the will. Bernie is the focal point of that will. His ideas would give us a much better quality of life, and they are not bullshit they are real and doable.

And I am certain your grandfather was/is too. I completely agree with him, what we know and understand is real wealth, the physical kind can be gone in an instant.

As the old Stoneground song goes "you must be one of us", I find myself thinking that here sometimes, it's why I like the place.


I know this is a corny thing to do, but this is for the theme of your OP, which did actually occur in a big way among the boomers as life got underway. I suppose it happens to every generation to some degree. But having been hippies and protesters, which was a somewhat idealistic and genuine undertaking, the selling out among us seemed more stark.

Then too, I think very few have any idea that as an after-effect of COINTELPRO, a huge number were actually blackballed via the Rand list for much of their lives. On the vet side, those who were "inconvenient witnesses" to various things that still aren't admitted to this day, were blackballed and worse via SPN numbers (which was unknown, and then when discovered was vehemently denied as "conspiracy theory" for quite a while; now there is a new unified system done via bank codes).

Many watched their rightful places in society being taken by B, C, and D listers, en masse. How many know that Bill Clinton spied for the CIA in college? That sort of thing was commonly done by some among us. And they soared to the top (and to this day there are concessions to "their own&quot , but their character deficit remained the same. We all watched this happen and we knew what was going on. The 80s greed followed directly from it, and then the 90s as we know, and the rest.

So the theme of this song was very real at the time (1976, I was 26 and the harassment was at its height), and of course still is.

And this (1980) is for the flip side, for those who choose to keep paying the price, rather than give in to those who would oppress us all.



I had to smile the other day to see that Jackson, Graham Nash, David Crosby, and Bonnie Raitt, among so many others of course, are all Sanders supporters.

Since when is a rebuke punishment?

That would be news to the people serving time for far less than she has done.

Her total disrespect for the law makes her unacceptable for office. Not even local city council. She has proven beyond all doubt that she cannot be relied upon to uphold the law. And she's a damn lawyer on top of it! There is no fixing that.

If the justice system fails to hold her accountable, the court of public opinion will have its say; and if that fails and she is elected, I have no doubt that she will be impeached, and she will richly deserve it.

For her to even run for this nomination if unforgivable. She, and the Dem Party have made a fraud out of this entire election by LYING to the public for an entire year about what she has done.

And even now, under active FBI investigation, they are not even done lying for her and trying to push this through. Everyone who participates in that shares the responsibility for it.
