Where's KELVIN MACE? missing since 7/2016

Dear Admins and fellow DUers.

I hope it's ok to post this here.

A good friend and popular DU poster, Kelvin Mace told me that his acct was suspended back in 2016.
He has requested to know when the suspension will be lifted, and has been waiting since 7/2016 for a reply.

He has been a popular poster at DU, with very interesting and often viral posts.

Kelvin Mace did major work in North Carolina to get a verified voting law passed, the work and
the movement would not have succeeded without his help.

Please advise when when his acct can be reactivated.

Any help appreciated.

QUESTIONS ABOUT OBAMACARE? ME TOO - So I made a call today

GOT QUESTIONS ABOUT OBAMACARE? ME TOO. so I made a call today.

The gov now has a call center open 24X7 (800-318-2596) to answer your questions about the Affordable Care Act also called "Obamacare". And a website http://www.healthcare.gov
I made a call and also did some research online. You might find this interesting.

It took about 10 minutes for the call representative to answer two questions:

1) does owning property impact your rates (if you own a home or land, will you have to pay more for insurance)?
and
2) if I have a pre-existing condition or have been treated for an illness, will I have to pay more for insurance?

The answer to #1 was No.
The answer to #2 was No.

Here's from govt website with more on answer #2:
Starting in 2014, being sick won't keep you from getting health coverage. An insurance company can't turn you down or charge you more because of your condition.

I didn't ask about how age would impact the insurance premium, but when you go to www.healthcare.gov it does ask your age.

There's a calculator at the site to see how much you would pay for insurance after any subsidies.

For example: a single person making only $21,000 and not qualified for medicaid, that person might pay about $97 a month for a silver plan. Might be tough for the average person to come up with that $97.

Here are the percentages of health care costs you pay for each type of plan.

Bronze plan: 40%
Silver plan: 30%
Gold plan: 20%
Platinum plan: 10% of your health care costs.

About the allegations made against Julian Assange:

There are no rape charges. Julian has invited Sweden to question him in the UK and Sweden refused. He answered allegations once and then Sweden dropped it, and he left Sweden.

Ironically the UK protected one of the world's worst war criminals , Pinochet from extradition, yet won't protect Julian from extradition to a country where there is no bail, trials are secret, and where Julian hasn't even been charged.

In the hour it takes for this show to broadcast, ExxonMobil will earn almost $5 million in profit. Last week, the corporate giant reported that it had earned nine-and-a-half billion dollars in profits in the first three months of this year, or almost $104 million per day.

Earlier this week, ExxonMobil signed a contract with the Iraqi Drilling Company in Basra to drill 20 oil wells in one of world’s largest undeveloped fields with recoverable oil reserves. Iraq is expected to be the world’s biggest source of new oil supplies over the next few years after signing contracts for big development projects with major oil companies.
