Here WE Go: Tea Party groups prepare to sue IRS

Well, here we gooooo!!! I was wondering just how long it was going to before they went there? not long, as it turns out.

First off, read the article above at the link, to understand where I'm going with this. OK.
Well now, lets get started. First of all, Faux News!?!?, who else.

Second of all, sue the IRS? in other words SUE the US Government!! really!?!?
For what and on what grounds?

Let's be clear, when you advocate to file a legal action (or file suit), to an Agency of the US Government, you are essentially filing suit to "We The People" of the United States of America. So, the Tea Party organizations and their otherwise Affiliates (regardless of whatever name or title they decide to use), are still the-Tea Party, and now they want to sue US.

Again, let's be clear about the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), what it is and when it came into being. Once again refer to this link on the IRS. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internal_Revenue_Service

As the wiki article explains, the IRS was created in July of 1862, during the Civil War, whereas President Abraham Lincoln and Congress created the office of Commissioner of Internal Revenue and enacted a temporary income tax to pay war expenses (see Revenue Act of 1862). The position of Commissioner exists today as the head of the Internal Revenue Service. So basically 150 years ago, the IRS was created to pay for the [Civil] War expenses, or as certain sects of Southerners to this day still refer to it as the "War of Northern Aggression", http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naming_the_American_Civil_War

This is what I find as one of the most profound misunderstanding is that it seems like 3/4 of the populace of this country still does not grasp or fully comprehend is that "We the People" are the Government. A Government of the people, by the people and for the people..., and what these Tea Party organizations is advocating to do is sue me, you and you, et al, because they have been denied a tax-exempt status for their 501(c)4 political sham under the auspices of a Social Welfare Organization.

Now this paragraph of the article really got my attention:
...While initially waiting for IRS approval, Devereaux dipped into his own bank account, maxed out credit cards and even borrowed money from friends so his group could put on a civic-engagement training session at the Omni Shoreham hotel in Washington. His goal was to eventually set up a steady stream of revenue for a tax-exempt nonprofit.

The part here is...His goal was to eventually set up a steady stream of Revenue for a Tax-Exempt Nonprofit..., anyone care to fathom how Mr. Devereaux planned to achieve this goal of a steady stream of Revenue? hint: this was to be a non-profit, tax-exempt organization.
Answer: apply for Grants. Smart one would say, a steady stream of revenue through Grant Monies. Even smarter of Mr. Devereaux, was the dipping into his own bank accounts, maxing out his credit cards, even borrowing from friends to hold a civic-engagement training session at the Omni Shoreham hotel in Washington. Imagine that. This way, he could prove to a Grant Making foundation that he was already engaged in "Social Welfare" activities that was for the "Common Good" of the Community. O'ta.

Just imagine if there is 3 to 4 thousand of these organizations (heck 10's of thousand), all across our great nation, taking campaign money(without having to disclose) and getting a steady stream of revenue( Grant Monies), just imagine the havoc this will have on the elections at the local, state and feceral level, just imagine.

the bottom line is that these people are so intent on their goals till that they are willing to sue all of us for a tax-exempt status so as to go about screwing US!

While everyone is howling about IRS extra scrunity of these specific groups of 501(c)4 applications

I think that I've figure out the real reason(s) that all of these so-called-Tea Party- filings to the IRS for 501(c)4 ( social welfare org) exempt tax status is not at all about being able to, perhaps to give to the political process, i.e., Citizen United, but to apply for Government Grants.

Think about it, These are people who are against everything "Government", but have no problems at getting as much "Government Funds", i.e., Grants, in the form of the lie for the "social welfare of the community", primarily engaged in promoting in some way the common good and general welfare of the community!? Yeah right.

Furthermore, Whom ever the IRS personal that took it upon themselves to actually look into all of these filings with certain "keywords" to further investigate, were doing his/her job. When an influx of a certain type of such and such all of a sudden start showing up, and there do seem to a pattern to these such and such, it'll always be a WTF moment.

Just talked with my sister....

and she inquired as to if I had watched the convention in tampa last week. Of course, I did, I told her. Then she replied that did I see what it really was. Asking as to what she meant, she said in the most observant form in insight,"brother, that was the biggest Klan Rally ever held in the world"

My dear sister stated that as she viewed it, all she could see was the Klu Klux Klan, having the biggest rally ever before!!

Really, I never thought of that way...!?!?

Suggested Name Changes For ACA (Affordable Health Care)

Well, now that Andrea Saul of the Mitt Romney Campaign has suggested that if this person had lived in Massachusetts, he would have had Health Insurance, how about a name change for the Affordable Health Care Act(ACA)
Some of my suggestions:

The United States Massachusetts Health Care Reform Act
The United Massachusetts Health Care Reform For America Act
The Unified Massachusetts Health Care Reform of the United States Act
Massachusetts Unified Health Care for America Act
Massachusetts Health Care Reform Act for the United States
Affordable Massachusetts Health Care for America Act
