“The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January and it’s illegal for a president who’s leaving office to continue serving after that date.”
We tend to think that Putin wants Trump elected so Trump will carry out policies that Putin will order. However, I feel Putin has a more destructive end game in sight. I believe the method will be causing the House to refuse to accept enough electoral votes to elect a president, then on January 20th, the Presidency will vacate and there will be no President of the United States. There will be no one to enforce the laws or direct the military. The USA will headless and dead in the water.
My Christmas wish
All I want for Christmas is for the republicans to have an open convention. 
Co-owners
Could all of Trump's properties have unnamed co-owners? There is a possibility that there are any number of foreign investors who could be exposed if Trump has to sell.
Just spitballing.
Strategy Biden
If there is a question about President Biden's acuity, I would think a simple question and answer session with the press would answer that. A half hour unscripted Q&A session with the press would be a great campaign move.
The MSM
I was just wondering, so I ran a find word on the NBC News home webpage. Biden was on the page 3 times. Trump was on the page 13 times.
Voters don't vote for the best candidate. They vote for the one they recognize. The media is drenching their broadcasts, webpages and front page with as much Trump as they can. This is nothing less than open promotion of whatshisface.
What Haley wants.
I believe Nikki Haley's strategy isn't to beat Trump but to garner as many delegates as she can. If come convention time, she has the second most delegates and a sizable number, she could use them as a bargaining chip, especially if Trump falters and doesn't get enough delegates to win out right. If Trump's campaign explodes, she has positioned herself as the logical alternative. By that time it would be too late for other candidates to restart their efforts.
She's coming
Nikki Haley is coming. There are a lot of big money spenders who know Trump is a lost cause; too hard to control, too old and bound for prison. They want to win and they're putting their money on Haley. She is at her core a regular screw over the working class, cut safety regulations, pitch a little amen in there Republican. However, she has the same single minded distain for that rule of law thing. What she also has though, is the pretty, young face and lying skills to succeed. Democratic eyes should be on her.
So, keep MAGAs worshiping Trump to distract them.

The Last War
The last war
There is a saying that the military prepares to fight the last war.
A lot of effort is being put into a looming contest between President Biden and Mr. Trump. However, I believe individually and collectively we should prepare for a more dangerous possibility, that the Republicans wise up, turn on Trump and nominate Nikki Haley.
Haley has three strong attributes that make her viable to win the Presidency. First, she’s young and attractive. You might think a smart voter wouldn’t let that affect their voting choice but we’re talking about Republicans. Second, the woman is a chameleon. She will redefine herself in any fashion that advances her chances at victory. Third, it would seem she is driven to accumulate power. Her youth, looks, flexibility and drive make a much formidable for than Mr. Trump.
Less preparing for the last war. We need to keep our eyes on the straw man, but prepare for the quicksilver lady.
