Gov. Wolf supports $10.10 minimum wage raise...

This is great news for all of Pennsylvania, but democrats especial9ly. What this means is, not only is our new governor keeping his campaign promises (unlike a former governor who shall not be named). Not only raising the minimum wage, but our new governor is beginning to act on his promise of banning fracking in Pennsylvania, another campaign promise of his from 2014. I'm exited to see him act on his promises about fixing the economy. The last governor (Corbett) brought Pennsylvania's job creation numbers down 50th in the country... that is literally the worst possible.

This would be funny...

If it wasn't so sad. Several Churches have begun to use fighting as part of their church service....For no reason at all from what I can tell. Since I cant really explain this very well (because of how stupid it is) this clip will explain it better than I can.

What is wrong with these people? As a Christian I find this embarrassing. What part of the Bible states : "Jesus, the son of god who promotes peace and loving EVERYONE, wants you to put two men in a cage and have them beat each other to a pulp." ?

My Apologies

I recently posted a thread called "Another Example Of Racism In America" about an experience I had earlier in the day. When I logged back on to DU I was notified that the thread was hidden by a "DU jury" because it was "Over the top, insensitive. e, or hurtful". I also was notified one of the jurors voted to hide it because he said it was "bs story troll". I did not intend any of these things while writing this. I had what I thought was an experience with racism, I did not make up any of it, and I certainly did not intend to offend anyone. I completely apologize and when I read what I had written again and saw that some of the ways I worded things couldn't be misunderstood and seemed offensive. Again I apologize. I don't want the other DU users to think that I am either a bigot or a right wing troll. I assure you I am neither of those things.
