Question for the truck drivers amongst us...this is not a test, lol

I need your informed opinions, because I trust DU'ers more than random commenters on boards I've never heard of before...
If someone you knew wanted to drive for a living, but needed training and had received an offer from Swift Transportation and also an offer from Schneider, which one would you recommend, and why? Is there another company you'd recommend instead?
