We have to stop talking about Project 2025

This has been going on for 120 years. Ever since Teddy started to try and dismantle the gilded age of the 1800s. Maddow's book is about the 1930's and it's the same story. The Birch society is the 50's. Project 2025 is just cut and paste from the Powell memo. We need to make people understand this has been a long fight. One that we have been losing for 40 years. We need to get people to understand all of the history. The victories of the 80 years from 1902 to 1982 and the horrible loses since. And all the time "they" have been there working for this.

I hate to pile on but

I ask you to think of what a new person sees on the home page now on the mobile edition. I don't think it will attract a lot of people. It just doesn't convey any information about what the site is.

Problem : We are a bunch of old farts in an echo chamber

I haven't been here as long as many and I don't post or even log in much but I look (lurk?) here several times a day. I am old, 68, and I am past a member of the SDS and the Weathermen. I just saw a post here about some under 40 complaining about something. I may be wrong but I think our demographic here trends more to my cohort. My question is "how can we attach more of the under 40?". I don't do social media. If you do got a suggestion? My only thought is to have an under 40 forum. I know trying to reach out will draw a lot of trolls but we have a good troll defense system. I also know much of the response will be "OK Boomer " but we should try. Yes it sounds like "children listen to your elders" but we went through this in the 60's and 70's and we might have something to offer. We were winning until. I would just like to try to attract the living and not just the nearly dead. (That's my description of me not you) Any thoughts?

The top posts for days have been Reade. Move on. There is no reason to bring up each rebuttal. It's garbage, move on. It will come back over and over, but it is garbage, move on. Post the new, sure, but the whole front page is Reade. Move on.
