1. Must have solid and secure evidence in place

with valid witnesses and that takes time. DOJ compromised with Sessions. Wray FBI's maybe soon be compromised . . and a small minority whose braindead but loud.

2. Patience.

Releasing an indictment the Friday before Christmas would be bad form.

Mueller is one of the smartest guys going. He will release indictments when it best suits him to do so.
