FBI/DOJ/State Dept Reorg Actually A Purge To Make Them Loyal To Trump/GOP/Oligarchs.

It is more obvious by the day that the government is being turned over to GOP operatives and activist at the federal level. Any federal worker who is NOT obviously loyal to the Trump agenda will be a target for elimination as time goes on. If you are a fed if you do not enforce the Trump agenda enthusiastically you might have to leave as soon as possible.

I think we are seeing a historic shift to politicize the federal bureaucracy.k If you are a red state you will get what you want. The tax bill virtually proves that if you are a blue state or district you will be essentially denied federal services. The budget bill will prove that if you tend to vote Democratic like poor people, minorities, disable et al you will lose federal and state money.

We are moving toward a governing process where you will be punished for not having the RIGHT politics. In the end civil service itself is at risk because the GOP is turning things into a PATRONAGE system just like it was in the early 1900's. If you pay to play you will get and keep your government job as long as YOUR PARTY is in power.

And the GOP is blatant about it. Look at how so many appointments are being handled. And if you look at judicial right now all nominations are people who will tow the extreme right wing line. So ideology will drive out courts. If you are rich and committ murder you will go free. If you steal a loaf of bread you will get 20 years just like Jean Valjean in Les Miserables.

THE GOP IS SETTING UP ITS TYRANNY WITH THE HELP OF TRUMP AND PEOPLE LIKE THE KOCHS AND MERCERS.

1. We can't just elect democrats,

we have to demand that our elected democrats be aggressive. Top priorities: restore election integrity and pass campaign finance laws. After that, tackle immigration, budgets, tax reform, health reform, etc. etc.

Without election integrity, whatever we do will just be undone.

We need courageous bold democrats. We need reps who aren't afraid to be democrats after they get elected.

I love Obama, but one complaint I had is he tried so hard to be fair, that only the most involved political observer realized how the Republicans were obstructing. Republicans don't try to be fair, they fight.

We need to fight.

3. I Agree. My Take Is That The Democrats Need To Be Combative.

Playing nice and taking the high road is not an option. But it seems the Democrats have not learned at damned thing.

We are at war with a party that is actually committing treason right now and have a plan to destroy our government and turn it over to the GOP version of Nazism/Fascism. They have a purge mentality just like the Third Reich. Just look at their policies and rhetoric. It is a white supremacist master race meme at its core.

It is a Malthus theme that you economic value determined your fate. If you do not contribute to wealth then you are expendable. It is that simple.
