...in Downtown Los Angeles, back in 2003.

Jackson's sound system was incredible - I've never heard such clarity and balance in an outdoor/improvised live music setting before.

Here's a "six degrees" kinda thing:

Jackson Browne > David Lindley > 60s band Kaleidoscope/w/Lindley and Max Buda (Chester Crill) > Max played on my 2008 CD - Benedict Arnold & The Traitors "Star Spangled Bummer" (w/me) and the upcoming Die Happy by Green Sparkle Frog (also w/me).

I guess that's more like "Lounge" crap though, huh?
