I appreciate that they didn't show up for the Kennedy Center Honors. I enjoyed it as I always do. I wouldn't have been able to watch if 45 was there.

I'm pretty sure that NONE of the honorees wanted him there. I missed seeing President Obama and Michele there this year. I always enjoyed their reactions to the performers and honorees.

Which would have bored 45. Plus, I doubt the Secret Service had the overtime budget for him to sit for three hours and pretend to enjoy sitting next to Melania and to understand what's going on and likely open himself to be addressed by anyone onstage.
