What crime was committed by drumpf??

Does anyone know what drumpf would actually be charged with?

Specifically, when/if Mueller shows that drumpf worked with the Russians... they providing "dirt" on hillary and social media trolls/bots, and drumpf providing promises of a pro-russian agenda (easing sanctions for instance)... what is the crime? Is there anything preventing a president from working with a foreign power in such a way? I mean... we all KNOW it is wrong... but what statute on the books would he be charged with violating?

Treasonous, sure; "Treason," no.

So yeah, the best we can hope for is elebenty jillion years in the Pokey, not a firing squad. Seizing all assets under RICO statutes would be cool, tho.

inadvertently. He only thinks about himself. But even though they are enemies, there has been no declaration of war, so they are not Enemies, and a charge of Treason will not stick (the Founders set a very high bar on that, to avoid criminalizing politics.).

One could wish it was a tad lower.

And anyone who HELPS them also commits a crime.

Plus money laundering.

I'm sure there are others.

It’s a cyber crime to be part of a group hacking. Russia, release the emails. That’s a crime, encouraging them, using stolen info.
