2018 House Outlook:
• Current: 239 R seats; 193 D seats; 3 vacancies
• Democrats need net gain of 24 seats to take House majority
• 23 Rs represent districts #Clinton won
• 12 Ds represent districts #Trump won

CA has 14 House GOP seats.
