My only frustration with this storm is that tonight is the night I normally do my shopping before my kids come back to me for a week. So it's a stock up night regardless but I gotta deal with the panicked humanity

Grocery stores suffer a fate similar to a locust plague.

I have learned to stock up ahead of time. but that's mostly because I walk to the grocery store and I am not amused by walking in truly crappy weather.

(8,173 posts)today for chicken broth so I can make some soup to last me the next few days - and also instant coffee (blechh) in case we lose power.
Trying to decide if I should stay in northern MA - more snow or go down to the Cape - more wind.

(6,399 posts)Inland's getting smacked but the coast could be brutal, especially with the ice being flung about in high winds along with other items. Greater chance of power loss.
