Someone needs to swear Hillary in as POTUS NOW!

She is the rightful President of The United States America.

I don't care if people say, "it don't work that way." There is no way for this work in our Constitution. There is no section on stealing elections.

Hillary should claim it. And someone should swear her in. And she should start setting up her administration. Even if it isn't recognized. She should do it anyway!

I would be the happiest girl in the world if this could and would happen and it needs to happen like YESTERDAY!

Everyday with the trump admin in charge I get more and more scared and freaked out! I can't even sleep hardly anymore. Willing to bet most sane people in America and the world feels just like I do.

No Clinton isn't the rightful president. Based on how we elect presidents, Trump is. For all the Russian influence, you can't actually prove if any votes were changed (either directly as in vote total hacking, or indirectly through influencing people's thinking.

If somebody did try to swear Clinton in as president it would be the equivalent of me declaring myself king of England. It would rightfully be seen as childish nonsense.

I always like to reverse situation. So if Hillary won the electoral vote but not the popular vote would you still feel the same?

"For all the Russian influence, you can't actually prove if any votes were changed (either directly as in vote total hacking, or indirectly through influencing people's thinking. "

Clinton is not and cannot become President under any circumstances with respect to the last election because she lost. Whatever investigations turn up will have no impact on Clinton when it comes to holding the Presidency itself.

Even a public debate on this would crush the clout we have been building. This has to be about the long-term outlook of our party and country. Not how we feel today and tomorrow.

Clinton lost. It sucks. No investigation, FBI, State or congressional will change that.

they want a spotlight - any spotlight - on the democrats. Us setting up a real shadow government would shift the debate from treason (or what-have-you) to the democrats trying to steal the WH.

It would create more diversion - and that's just what Rump wants.

Need it big time for this OP.

By the way, there is a provision in the Constitution to deal with a stolen election: its called impeachment.

She's not a delusional lunatic, so that's not going to happen.

Not that I wouldn't love to snap my fingers and make it so, but we live in a world of reality and laws.

Because that is almost certainly what would happen, HRC probably would be charged with sedition.

The Secretaries of all 50 states (and territories) certified their election results which were then certified by Congress, so under the Constitution and US law Trump is the POTUS.
