I hate Steve Bannon and everything he stands for. But the guy is somehow noodled into the Trumps, the Admin, the Mercers, etc. He's been with Trump since early 2016. All the campaign, transition and the first 4 months of the Presidency.

He knows everything. That is what he does. Know everything. And he isn't stupid. He knows how to use it. I say look for more good gossip to come out even post-book from Bannon or "anonymous sources" and bet your biscuits it is Bannon. He won't go down easily. He will go down swinging, shooting, mouthing off.

The lawyer initial believed Twitler needed cause to fire Comey and told him that. The lawyer later learned that was not accurate and that the Pres could fire the head of the FBI just because he felt like it. The lawyer did not relay that new info to Twitler believing that firing Comey would prove problematic for Twitler.

Probably not for one violation - but intentionally misleading your client as to the law can be the basis for losing your law license
