His buddies at Wikileaks published a link to a pirated version of "Fire and Fury". As copyright-violation is not the same as transparency, one can only assume that they did it to hurt the sales of the publisher. (Well, they COULD have published a link to an online-store where the book is on sale...)

So even if they stop selling the book, it's already out there. Oopsie.

of this story is how Macmillan sped up the publication in response, so it got out sooner.
