Trump has a new North Korea strategy: start a war

Trump has a new North Korea strategy: start a war
By David Gilbert Jan 9, 2018 Vice news

The White House is considering the high-risk strategy of starting a small war with North Korea hoping the conflict doesn’t turn into a big war, according to reports Tuesday.

Employing the so-called “bloody nose” strategy, Washington would respond to a North Korean missile test with a targeted strike against a weapons facility. This would demonstrate to the regime the power of the U.S. arsenal, and the ongoing price it would pay for further weapons tests.

Advocates of the strategy contend that North Korea is unlikely to respond fearful of annihilation. Opponents suggest a limited strike against a nuclear-armed rival could easily lead to all-out war.

It worked so well in Iraq. I imagine that South Korea/Japan think that is a good strategy.

We already gave the war money to the wealthy; there's nothing left.

There is no way that NK would not retaliate, if not at us directly, then they will unleash their fury at SK and/or Japan. If we attack them first unprovoked, neither China, nor the international community will back us up. And it will increase Kim's hold on power because all of the propaganda his and his predecessor's regime has been feeding NK citizens for years will be vindicated. No......just....no.

Trump needs to be impeached immediately and the democrats need to take over Congress in 2018.

If either of these things don't happen this country/world is going to pay a terrible price for it's inaction I fear.

narcissism.

I also think the military industrial complex beats the war drums all the time with with a new president.
