5. That's not entirely correct

He was disguised as a nurse with a red wig for all of about 1 minute before removing the wig to play head games with Harvey Dent. Then he leaves the hospital, pulls out a remote control and blows the hospital up with his normal green hair.

I'm assuming that's the 60's show? Ehh, the less I know about that, the better.

7. 50s and 60s photo negatives lose blue

This is a common problem with old photos and slides of the era. It's a particular kodak stock, I think.

Add the faded blue back in and the suit is purple (as it should be) and the hair green. (And the shirt very deep blue green)

13. Fair enough. Googling "joker romero" and looking

at Google image it appears that there were several publicity photos with the yellow hair... looks like they did a whole photo shoot in that outfit and hair. (On the show, it was green though.)

I am reminded of the famous Star Trek story where they keep covering the dancing girl in the pilot with heavier and heavier green paint, but it just wouldn't show up in the makeup tests.

Then they discovered the lab was "correcting" the obviously defective pictures they were processing of a green girl.

by pointing out that he said he was the Joker while his hair was red and that the Joker's hair was green.
