Sitting in the Oval Office moments after the swearing-in of Gen. John Kelly President Donald Trump told reporters his new Chief of Staff will do a "spectacular" job. Kelly was seated in chair usually reserved for visiting heads of state or the Vice President, as MSNBC's Robert Traynham noted.

After announcing Kelly had been sworn in, Trump proceeded to detail all his own "accomplishments," including unemployment, the stock markets, and consumer optimism.

Curiously, after speaking to reporters, Trump dismissed them by saying, "we'll see you in the board room."
