Defamation laws are all state and not federal laws, and in any event presidents don't make laws. Whet Dotard proposes violates the Constitution and it won't go anywhere. As usual, he's talking out his ass.

are in the presence of a legal giant the likes of which we have never seen. This gives me confidence that sexual predator loser donny will change any and every law he sees fit to change. Believe it.

Perhaps he took in a few basic details at one point, like he and Republicans in congress are supposed to be on the same side and he can't fire them. But then every day more complexities came at him with more and more issues. It's a wonder if he can remember where to find his butt to scratch it these days.
