The US had far more racist Presidents than either Trump or Nixon.

But dial it back to the last 60 years and I might agree with you.

He re-segregated federal departments that previous Presidents had integrated. He hosted the KKK movie Birth of a Nation in the White House.

Jackson's policy toward Native Americans and slave ownership and slave trading are well-known; less well-known are Jefferson's exceedingly racist attitudes (even given the context of his times). No-one since Theodore Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson comes close to those two.
