1. Why go backwards?

Norwegians enjoy one of the highest quality of life existences on earth among the OECD nations. They need not worry about getting sick and losing their home or getting government support under threat of having to earn it. Moving to the U.S. for Norwegians would be moving to a 3rd world country!
