the White House staff? A large percentage are Black and have been there for years. Others followed their parents into a job in the White House. They are very loyal to the first family. I have to wonder how this bully treats them.

mistreat them to their faces in fear that they will react in some manner.
Or not, he might just be overtly rude and mean to them. We know he really hates black people, he has a history of this in his business.
