Seth Abramson: Bad news for Jared?

"Deutsche Bank reported questionable transactions involving President Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, or people or businesses near him, to German securities regulators and will forward the info to special prosecutor Robert Mueller."

It's the sad end for people who believe and act as if the ruled only apply to other people.

So "will" turn it over is more a question of "when" or even "if".

They (deutche bank exec's) are going to have to be in cuffs before the full evidence gets out.

7. I think Mueller was trying to flip Kushner because of this

I believe Mueller has been trying to get Kushie to snitch on his father-in-law. Maybe that's going to happen, who knows? But in the meantime, DeutscheBank doesn't want to get caught doing "bidness" and not reporting it. So now it looks like they're trying to clean up their books, most likely.

Seth Abramson seems to be on top of this whole thing, we should take his word for it.

I as studying for my biannual test for Anti Money Laundering (required by lots of professions now) and couldn't help but fix my eyes on this:

In addition to heavy fines and long prison sentences penalties also include forfeiture:

Furthermore, any property involved in a transaction or traceable to the proceeds of the criminal activity including property secured as collateral for a loan, can be seized and/or subject to forfeiture

Applied to Trump family it would trigger massive bankruptcy because they would not only lose their equity but still be on the hook for any personal loans or guarantees.

But if he was laundering for Russian mafia and they get their property seized then they would have a much greater advisory than Mueller to think about. What kind of terms do you think that the Russian mafia put on someone who caused them to lose millions in assets. If Walter White can reach into prison for retribution I don't think the Russian mafia would have much of a problem.

Wouldn't it be great if the Mueller was the least of their worries!

9. Nunes thinks he's laying a smoke screen for Trump

but he's merely farting in the bathtub. This majority 'report' Nunes wants to release is nothing more than a smoke screen being laid in preparation for the reveal of the sealed indictments by Mueller's investigation in an attempt to tarnish the FBI's credibility. More indictments are forthcoming (as indicated by information in both the Manafort and Popoudopolis indictments). Indictments will also likely be issued in the states of NY and NJ, as well as international jurisdictions. And it's all going to happen just in time for the mid-terms. The cases abroad could take years to unravel as as prosecutors chase down all the money-laundering. A lot of the money funnelled to Trump businesses was stolen from those countries' by corrupt businessmen and politicians and some of them (like Kazahkstan) are going to want to try to claw some of that money back.
