Iam going to say something nice about J. Beauregard Sessions.

He had the good sense to recuse himself from the Special Counsel probe. He has wanted all his professional life to be US AG. He is a lawyer. He knows the law.

I believe he fully cooperated with Mueller because it was the right thing to do. I believe he did that to save himself (to the extent he is able). I believe he is cooperating with Mueller. I believe he is saving his own ass.

He is, in my view, not a good person. He is, in my view, a man who holds views antithetical to the country and the Constitution.

But in this specific matter, I believe he is doing the right thing.

when he was in front of Congress. Time will tell. He does get credit for recusing himself though.

A total racist asswipe 99% of the time...then his self preservation guides him 1% of the time.

is the only good thing I can see in this racist. He lied under oath in his
confirmation. Plus he hates pot smokers. I can't stand the little weasel.
Plus, he's up to his eyeballs in Russian collusion.

7. Totally agree. I think he loves being AG more than he likes DFT.

I don't think he or any other politician knew the exact depth of depravity they were in for when they cast their lot with that sleazy, grifting, real-estate dealing mob from NYC.

I think once he caught a whiff of obstruction of justice and the possibility *he* could go down for the mob family crimes, he recused himself. It's all just to save himself.

AG Sessions may indeed do the proper and ethical thing. Let your focus wander for even a moment, though, and he'll be right back to criming.

And he knew Trump would have put enormous pressure on him if he hadn't recused himself. Jeopardizing his future political aspirations. So I think this selfless act of Patriotism was just Beauregard looking out for Beauregard.

He did have the sense to follow the law and recuse himself instead of obeying an illegal order from the Toxic Tangerine. We have to give the devil his due.
