Happens when factions within the government cannot find a means within the constitution to resolve
a critical dispute. The constitution might not be clear, or there is no precedent, as happens more frequently in the complex era we live in. And a failure of government to do the hard tasks given them to maintain our system of check and balances, which is probably where we're headed.

One way or the other, if Trump doesn't back down, the supreme court will rule.

the Republicans control everything there is no Constitutional Crisis. Am I right or wrong?

it seems to be when something happens and it turns out the Constitution cannot handle it.

IOW, the rule of law is under threat, though this is a government of laws and not men. But that some opening in the Constitution allows evil men to take over as the rule of men.
