I have a vibe that Mueller will push for Grand Jury Subpoena while Rosenstein can still authorize it.


To prevent Trump from delaying testimony, by claiming that the GOP is now investigating the DOJ & FBI, and any Grand Jury subpoena needs to be approved by his direct boss, Mueller might be painted into a corner to subpoena Trump soon, while Rosenstein is still in office.


It would be great if he did it tomorrow, so Trump gives his SOTU address knowing his ass is going to the Grand Jury.

1. We Always End Up Disappointed

There's always talk about how this spectacular thing is going to happen. How this person or that person is about to be indicted. How Mueller is going to lay down the law, and take charge.

Then reality sets in, and the repubs release classified information and a thoroughly deceptive memo in an attempt to sway public opinion against the FBI.

Just once, I'd like to see this downfall we all seem to expect is coming. Would like to see justice prevail, but this country seems to have forgotten what justice really is.

2. Nicely put. I agree, and I'm too old to wait

For the truth to come out in the history books. Pretty bad night all around. It's 5 in the morning, been up for a while, can't sleep. I wonder why?
