be a dictator. Also, he is setting the precedence so that future presidents know they can just do whatever they think is best and the congress is just an ornament.

they want putin's help with the election.

no other reason.

if they can flip off the congress with the kind of majority that came down in favor of these sanctions, they can do anything.

Since the law was passed several months ago, maybe Mitch and the Republicans have forgotten their vote on sanctions against the Russians??

That indicate maladministration was part of high crimes and misdemeanors referred to in the Constitution.

But RepubliCON Supremes no longer attempt to analyze what our founding fathers really meant and just wing it based on what they think the words mean. So, yeah not carrying out the duties of the president is a crime but the RepubliCONS are covering for him.
