and that of the other "investigators"--to fling enough BS and sow enough doubt so that, to some low information voters at least, Comrade Casino AKA Cadet Bone Spurs seemed the better option to Secretary Clinton.

They never thought they could jail her. What they wanted was to deprive her of the presidency, which is exactly what they (with Russian help and media complicity) did.
