is referring to the changes Nunes reportedly made to it AFTER his committee voted on its content.

Lawfareblog explains House Rule XI, which it purportedly complied with before that. Nunes claims the changes are just typical clerical stuff that doesn't materially change it.

At the end of the day, no matter what, there was sufficient evidence to warrant surveillance of a senior adviser to Trump's campaign for suspicion of being an agent for the Russian government. No judge issued a FISA warrant without damn good evidence- whether Nunes likes it or not.

... Red Don is dangling loud shiny keys in front of the media.

No one outside of winger world who already believe anything already (50% thought Pizza Gate was real) is going to accept the firing of Mueller.

and it ends up being one of the final nails in Dump's obstruction coffin.

Is there any conceivable scenario where Mueller could have wiretaps on Nunes and behind the scenes Trumpers? I think it's highly unlikely, but in this kind of corruption investigation, I'd think the subjects would usually be surveiled to gather more evidence.

court ASKING that a pre-existing warrant be extended. Rosenstein did not issue or extend the warrant. A FISA judge had to authorize the extension and his or her primary concern would have been whether or not the government had been successful in obtaining the FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE they had predicted when originally seeking the warrant. In other words: "Is this guy talking to the Russians about things he shouldn't like you suspected 90 days ago?"

Apparently, the FISA judge (most are Republicans) thought the warrant had been productive.
