All these jobs

Why aren't Republicans parading folks who have jobs now as a result of their tax cuts for the rich? All these numbers--so many new jobs--but I don't know anyone who got a job. Can't they line up some of these newly-employed people and let them talk about the wonderful new jobs Trump has created?

talking about companies like AT&T and Walmart who make these big public announcments of the bonuses being handed out dut to the "tax bill" and then immediately announce huge layoffs or store closings. Any money spend on the so called bonuses will be easily recouped with the layoffs and/or closings.

The Democrats have got to be out there telling the American people the true stories of the Trump bill so that people don't just blindly go along that it is such a great thing.

question with Pocan on one of his shows. Got a weasel answer. We in the Progressive Caucus are working on that.

More than likely, the jobs created are minimum wage jobs that won't give employees enough money to buy a new set of clothes. So they'd end up in front of the camera in their ragged shirts and worn shoes because that's all they have. Meanwhile, the rich have enough excess money from tax cuts to buy another yacht or two. Hooray for Trumpy!
