Why does he mention a Cambridge Analytica email in reference to the Trump / Russia investigation and the Steele Dossier?

At the 45 second mark:

I have never heard CA mentioned like this. Out of the blue, he mentoned them... My Spidey Sense is tingling.

Anyone know what he is referencing?

6. He succinctly pointed out suspicious Trump/Russia activities that set off alarm bells

Investigators have been looking at Cambridge Analytica and Wikileaks emails and the Trump Tower meeting plus Papadopoulis meetings and actions that indicate obstruction of justice and suggest Trump/Russia collusion in campaign but all of those events were not part of the dossier.

His remarks seem to confirm that memo was intended for political purposes as publicity stunt to shore up base and influence public opinion against any damning findings that come out of Mueller probe, but that memo doesn't undermine the actual probe since known events happened that justify the investigation and aren't even mentioned in dossier.

There is something definitely making my spidey sense tingle too....his sudden announcement to not seek re-election....to return to the "law" and judiciary.....these references are all part of a game plan....
