Trump spends most of his time NOT being the president.

Between the hours he spends watching TV and then launching petty vindictive wars on twitter, his staged WH photo ops, the scripted VIP meet and greets, his one man stage shows with military or law enforcement props, his bizarre eating habits, the time he spends trash talking all of his perceived enemies, and attending those canned weekend pep rallies, the golf outings or the gala parties at mar a lago, there can't be any spare time remaining for Trump to do any actual presidenting stuff.

Then the real question becomes, who the hell is really running the country? Is it Pence, Kelly, Ivanka, Putin, maybe some cabal of billionaires or foreign agents working in secret behind the curtain? I dunno who it is, but Trump has never been engaged in actually working at governing and his crazy outbursts are being mostly ignored by congress, so who's in charge?
