I gotta be honest, Twitter is too loose with the statements for me. If a statement such as "indecent liberties with a child" is put out there, the facts need to be included with it, otherwise it hyperbole and will water down the message. Taking liberties with subordinents is in the NYT headline and article. That is it. That's bad enough. If one of the women he took liberties with was underage, there is no mention anywhere here. And if she was a subordinate, I am to assume she was in the military. What am I missing here.

On edit: I see that there is another tweet that says the man was later arrested. I wish a link to that story was included also. Regardless, Kelly is clearly no judge of character. And I stand by twitter being a loose medium for any info of gravity.
