...as if CATO didn't have one, and as if it were not ideology that the "welfare state"* does not deserve funding.


*A reminder: for CATO, "welfare state" includes just about any government policy or program that aids ordinary people. Their ideology is that both rich men and poor men have the freedom to sleep under a bridge. And that the owner of the bridge has the right to evict both.
