This is Trump unfiltered. Blame the victims. Why didn't you mention you signed a law negating Obama's rule making it harder for mentally ill people to get guns?

One of his biographers noted a lot of anti-social behavior when Trump was growing up. For example, he attempted to throw another student who had crossed him out a second story window until two other students stopped him. There were so many signs Trump was mentally disturbed, even sent to a private military school because of his bad and erratic behavior. Neighbors and classmates knew he was a big problem. Now we know we must always report such instances to authorities, again and again! Oops, I just copied his tweet.
