I HUGGED at the bus stop this morning I broke the cool rule

We always hug the boys and dad before we leave the house and a kiss on the cheek. Their both in seventh grade and hugs definitely not cool in front of their friends they have a image to keep up. Saw the bus coming and I said come here guys. I hugged them both and kissed them on the forehead. I’m not a drama type but I would love to hold and comfort those parents that are suffering their loss. I fired off a letter to my gop Congress rep who received 7500$ in donations from the NRA. He posted condolences and prayers on his Twitter it to me is empty meaningless.
