Florida Laws:

You have to be 21 to buy and drink alcohol. You have to be 21 to buy and smoke cigarettes.
You are not mature enough to handle alcohol and tobacco.

BUT want to buy and million guns and rounds of ammunition and go on a killing spree? Well okay. You only need to be 18 to get started.
