I read Ezra Klein’s article about how Dems must understand that attacking Trump 24/7 is a dangerous calculation (sorry cannot find the link). Dems have to run against republicans and the issues. The republican efforts to dismantle healthcare, social security, Medicare and Medicaid limits and working requirements, the denial of the climate change, national parks being destroyed by allowing rich oil companies to exploit the federal govt etc. These are the issues Dems must concentrate on in 2018. Most Republicans know and accept Trump is a fool and they don’t care. Dems must concentrate on the issues voters care about and forget Trump the personality. Neuter Trump by taking Congress away from him and pray no more Supreme Court vacancies become available while he is president.

The GOP doing the bidding of their billionaire money masters , Evangelical zealots and NRA gun pushers want a poorly educated, ignorant populace because they're easier to control. What's next? Increased efforts to further degrade education and critical thinking.

Expect lower wages, less innovation, bigger lies, continued degradation of the environment and yes more gun violence to keep the masses running scared.
