It's Simple, Life Is Not Guaranteed By The Constitution, Guns Are

If you don't like that, this is obviously the wrong country for you.

Our forefathers did not make the right to live part of the Constitution. It was mentioned briefly in the Declaration Of Independence, but that was merely a means to get away from England.

So, while Mr. Cruz had every right to own an AR-15, the students & teachers in that school had no such right to life, so far as the U.S. Constitution is concerned.

Don't get me started on fetuses. That's another matter entirely. A fetus has the right to life, but once born, they're on their own.
