As far as the Olympics go I just hope that the bailout he took to save the Salt Lake games becomes common knowledge.

The GOP tried to paint him as an elitist during the 2008 campaign when he said he liked to eat arugula.

In the 2012 campaign, the guy who uses a whole ream of paper to print out one copy of his tax return is jus' folks.

Arugula is actually the Italian name for the green. How can that possibly be elitist by Mitt's standards?

In my horse person encounters, they have mostly been republican mounted. I think it's something to do with the Reagan cowboy legacy. Something like that.

Its a fancy french term for "training". It's the methods and techniques to produce a more harmonious ride. Period. Some people take it to the art form that used to be required by warriors (all the dressage moves you see were once battle moves - the horse was akin to a tank in warfare). What looks like "fancy dancing" is more akin to tai chi - they are movements designed for a very different purpose. In order to keep the sport alive, they've simply strung the battle moves together into a test of obedience set to music.

But basically everyone who rides, including the plain folk, practice dressage when they get serious about riding.

Just like tai chi or fencing - its as much or as little as you make it. At the Rmoney's level, its clearly in a whole different level than the average Buck training video but they're all the same really.
