The '#MeToo" movement are becoming a force, the elderly who AARP are behind, who are getting their medicare cut are becoming a force. The poor who the ACLU and other civic organizations are behind, who are getting their healthcare, medicaid cut are becoming a force. Ingraham's books are bought in bulk by right-wing organizations and offered as free incentives to join organizations, for buying other material from these organizations, or for other right-wing lunacy. She does not have millions of people going into bookstores with the sole intent of buying her most recent right-wing "alternative facts" book. They never make that clear, and they should. It's the same for many authors, from and right and the left (but mostly for right-wing idiots). It's misleading, at best, dishonest at the worst.

There wouldn't be a single right-wing "author" on the best-seller list if it wasn't for institutional bulk purchases.
