Correct me if I am wrong here: Aren't Obama and David Cameron very close?

They seem to have a very good working relationship that could even be described as a personal friendship. Obama took him to a basketball game, as I recall.

They recognize his brilliance, warmth, humor, focus.

Leaders who don't like him are the ones steeped in cheat
and deceit, whose success depends on lies and greed.
They don't even want to be in the same room with him because
he might look them in the eye.

I have it on the best authority that this is so.
