Why did they throw the guy out of the White House without his jacket??

Some guy named McEntee? He was the "Personal Assistant"...He had the magic markers when Trump was signing hats and flags and stuff.

He was with Trump a lot when he was on the road, campaigning or otherwise.

But then, they throw him out of the White House?

Why?

Rachel Maddow commented that he had been mistaken for Rob Porter at times?

What do you think happened?

Part of that sweep that Kelly announced.

The guy did zero, btw. When asked, he said his duties consisted of "ensuring the WH clocks were all put on Daylight Savings time"
and
"making sure he (trump) has all the colored folders he needs." or pens...I forget.

But nothing.
I am starting to wonder about Trump after all.

So Trump put him on the campaign, where he will have equally no duties but can be paid from the donations of others.

carrying pens. While a lot of the work is grunt, a lot of it isn't and it's actually a very important job. And the people who have it can usually write their own tickets afterward.

But this president does so little work of any weight or use, his personal aide probably does little more than checking the color on his boss' folders.

Not sure who escorted him out of the WH but I doubt it was anybody under the instructions of dump.
The guy just got a new job with the glorious leader’s next campaign.
It’s just so fucking stupid.

because he doesn't want him shopping around a book about what happens in the White House just to pay the bills. Also he'll have a ready supplyh of "campaign" cash to help him continue and embiggen his gambling habit, thus becoming even happier. Follow the money...

The Secret Service is investigating him, and came to the conclusion he needed to go, NOW. So naturally Trump made him a senior advisor of some sort on his 2020 campaign.

To the press, or at least Trump thought he was. I know that there are allegations of online gambling and tax issues, but I wonder if that’s not just a smokescreen.

I hadn’t gotten that far with it, but I hope you’re right. It would explain why DHS is investigating him and not one of ten other, more logical agencies.

I was guessing media leak because my anecdotal gut feeling told me there had been a lot of stuff being given to the WSJ lately and this guy’s firing was a story first broken by he WSJ.

I hope that we’re both right.

Or will they quietly take that away, too? Giving him a job on the campaign might be the Trump WH’s ham-fisted attempt at a cover up or placating him.

Trump fired his bodyguard, too, and he was the closest thing a sociopath like Trump could have. Thirty years, and then he answered Russia investigation questions honestly.

Just theories.
