Over half from Alleghany (Dem stronghold) - and absentees historically skew Democratic in general.

. . . . it appears Lamb will win after absentee ballots are counted.

When all in person votes come in, looks like Lamb up by a few hundred.

Allegheny and Westmoreland will count all absentee votes by midnight.

Washington and Greene will not count until tomorrow.

Recount mandatory at 0.5% margin.
