they need to be reminded what Ken Starr was brought in to investigate.

It wasn't depositions about sex.

It started off with a politically purchased smear against the Clintons and a real estate investment where they lost money, mosied on through the WH Travel Office, heard testimonies from various women who accused various things and kept changing their stories, brought in FBI files, and years later, finally year later got their gotcha on lying about a BJ.

Mueller can cite precedent on whatever he wants to investigate.
