John Fugelsang: People, this could happen to you someday.

I refuse to joke about Vanessa Trump bc it's NEVER funny when a couple files for an uncontested quick divorce, one where assets can be swiftly transferred, on the same day an independent special counsel subpoenas their family business. People, this could happen to you someday.

There is nothing like money to motivate people. Even in the best of families, the ghouls emerge when it comes to dividing up the assets.

I wonder how the non-Vanessa children will fare with their ex-stepmother controlling the loot...

If they are divorced she can be forced to testify against him. Money seems to help people forget things.

Divorce does not cancel spousal privelege.

Not only can she not be forced to testify with respect to anything said between them while married, she cannot do so even if she wants to. She can testify as to actions she saw him perform, and she can be forced to do that even if they are still married.
