Im not a lawyer, thank God, BUT...does singing an NDA make you willingly complicit in tRumps

illegal activities? Just asking because, while some activities that occur in the White House necessarily are classified, the rest are rightly the property of the American public. The only possible excuse for requiring an NDA in these circumstances is for covering up criminality.

The interesting thing here is that the signees must be aware of the conditions which are in play in their signing, they willingly still commit. This seems to me to go to establishing a state of mind that prosecutors would see as prosecutable under the RICO statutes.

Think back to the movie The Godfather and the laws of omertà, the kissing of the ring and, failing to abide by your oath to The Godfather, a one way ride to ......well you get the idea.

This is what tRumps quest for personal loyalty from his appointees, subverting their sworn duty to the nation, is about. A Godfather like sense of privileged power, beyond the immense and already formidable power bestowed on the presidency.

I think they would be seen as the victims of illegal coercion, as these NDAs are illegal for Federal employees.

They are certainly of no consequence if those who signed were subpoenaed anyway.
